Travel Guide - Cuba
Places to stay:

Vinales:

Villa Buena Vista.
Host: Elia Rosa Lemus Hernandez,
Estadio de Pelola
Adela Azcuy No. 47

This is the best place to stay in Vinales. The front porch has a magnificent view of the majestic mogotes. The hosts Pedro & Rosa are so friendly and helpful and the food is fantastic. This place truly reflects the kindness and hospitality of the Cuban people. *Highly recommended*

Casa Jean Pierre.

This place has a nice small room independent of the main house where the family live. It’s an en-suite room with its own dining area outside and front porch. The price for the room is very good. The food is excellent, but make sure you question the cost of all meals, as we got a nasty surprise when presented with the bill. Lunch was $10 each, when most others charge $7-8. The after dinner coffee was not included in the price of the meal, and every little drink and offering came with a price tag.

Trinidad:

Hostal Marin Llavell.
Casa #22
Calle Carlos Echengusla Peña
Between Simon Bolivar & Francisco J. Zerqueia
Trinidad

This lovely family home lies just a couple of blocks away from the main square. The room has a TV and the lady of the house serves up superb food. We spent many evenings sitting around the table chatting to them, and felt so at home there we stayed for a week. *Highly recommended*

Hospedaje Lodging
Host: Idel Garcia Lozana
Avenida del Mar. No.9
Playa la Boca.

Situated just south of Trinidad, this is a friendly place close to the beach.
